Group Sessions & Skill-Building Programs

Our group sessions provide a supportive and engaging environment where participants can build confidence, strengthen communication, and develop essential life skills.

Programs:

Our programs are designed for individuals with or without behavioral or mental health needs. Some participants join for support, while others come to grow, connect, and build confidence in a structured setting. We offer both in-person and virtual group sessions to meet the needs of families. Our virtual sessions are interactive, engaging, and designed to provide the same level of support and structure as in-person services. Our programs run from 4-weeks, 6-weeks and 8-weeks.

 

Kids Group (Ages 5–10)

Building Foundations Through Play & Connection

This group focuses on helping younger children develop essential social and emotional skills through interactive, age-appropriate activities.

Focus Areas:
• Sharing, turn-taking, and cooperation
• Understanding and expressing emotions
• Following directions and routines
• Building confidence and positive behaviors
• Developing early friendship skills

Approach:
Play-based activities, games, storytelling, and guided interactions.

Pre-Teen Group (Ages 11–13)

Building Confidence, Communication & Emotional Awareness

This group supports pre-teens as they navigate social changes, emotional growth, and increasing independence.

Focus Areas:
• Building confidence and self-esteem
• Understanding and managing emotions
• Improving communication and social awareness
• Navigating friendships and peer relationships
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Coping with school and social pressures

Approach:
Interactive discussions, group activities, role-playing, and real-life skill-building exercises.

Teen Group (Ages 14–17)

Strengthening Identity, Resilience & Life Skills

This group provides teens with a supportive space to build confidence, develop coping strategies, and navigate real-life challenges.

Focus Areas:
• Emotional regulation and stress management
• Peer relationships and communication
• Self-esteem and identity development
• Decision-making and responsibility
• Coping with life transitions and challenges

Approach:
Guided discussions, peer support, real-life scenarios, and practical skill-building.

Parent & Caregiver Coaching Group

Strengthening Skills, Resilience & Family Support

This group provides parents and caregivers with a supportive space to build confidence, strengthen coping strategies, and navigate real-life challenges of raising children and adolescents. Participants learn practical skills that can be applied at home to promote positive family dynamics and emotional well-being.

Focus Area:

• Emotional regulation and stress management for caregivers
• Effective communication and relationship-building within the family
• Building confidence and positive parenting strategies
• Decision-making and problem-solving in daily family life
• Navigating life transitions, challenges, and behavioral concerns

Approach:

Guided discussions, peer support, practical skill-building exercises, and real-life scenario practice in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Training, Workshops & Professional Development Group

Strengthening Skills, Resilience & Practical Strategies

Our professional development sessions provide educators, caregivers, and staff with a supportive, interactive space to build skills, increase confidence, and learn practical strategies for supporting children, youth, and families. Participants gain tools they can immediately apply in schools, community programs, or clinical settings.

Focus Areas:

• Emotional regulation and stress management techniques
• Building effective communication and positive relationships
• Supporting self-esteem and identity development in children and youth
• Decision-making, problem-solving, and professional responsibility
• Strategies for navigating life transitions, behavioral challenges, and crises.

Approach:

Guided discussions, interactive workshops, real-life scenarios, case studies, and practical skill-building exercises designed for immediate application in professional settings.

Group-Homes & Residential Support Groups

Strengthening Identity, Resilience & Life Skills

Our residential and group home support programs provide adolescents with a safe, structured, and supportive environment to build confidence, develop coping strategies, and navigate the challenges of daily living. Sessions are designed to promote independence, social-emotional growth, and life skills that carry over into all areas of life.

Focus Areas:

• Emotional regulation and stress management
• Peer relationships and effective communication
• Self-esteem and identity development
• Decision-making and personal responsibility
• Coping with life transitions and behavioral challenges

Approach:

Guided discussions, peer support, practical skill-building exercises, and real-life scenarios in a safe, collaborative, and structured residential environment.

 

Summer Camp Group Session 6/8/2026 - 9/4/2026

Our Summer Camp is designed to provide children, pre-teens, and teens with a supportive and engaging space to build confidence, develop coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges — all while having fun! Sessions are offered virtually and in-person, with flexible schedules to fit your family’s needs.

Program Highlights:

  • Age-specific group sessions: Kids (5–10), Pre-Teens (11–13), Teens (14–17)
  • Small group sizes for personalized attention
  • Structured, interactive, and engaging activities
  • Evidence-informed approaches to support social, emotional, and behavioral growth

  • Morning Sessions, Afternoon Sessions, Evening Sessions
    Flexible schedules available to accommodate families
  • 1 hour Virtual session between 9am - 8pm Monday thru Sunday
  • 4 hour In-Person Sessions
    9:00 AM – 1:00 PM 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
