What is the policy for canceling or changing an appointment, and are there fees?

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee.
