GrowthBridge Certified Investigator, EIM, and Incident Management Support Services do not include:

- Clinical treatment
- Legal opinions or legal advice
- Expert-witness testimony unless separately contracted
- Guaranteed investigative findings or outcomes
- Guaranteed approval of EIM extension requests
- Assuming the provider agency's regulatory or administrative responsibilities
GrowthBridge may assist with investigation activities, EIM documentation, extension requests, case-recovery efforts, compliance review, corrective-action recommendations, and coordination with appropriate County/AE or Regional entities when within the agreed scope of services.
The provider agency remains responsible for required incident reporting and notifications, immediate protective actions, regulatory obligations, personnel decisions, implementation of corrective actions, and other organizational responsibilities unless a specific responsibility has been assigned to GrowthBridge through a written service agreement.
